  • Q. How do I know if I’ve participated in the event?

    A. All purchases of the paid episodes listed on the event page during the event period are automatically entered into the event. Follow the steps below to check whether your purchases were applicable.

     

    1. Check the list of applicable episodes and event period dates on the event page.

    2. Go into My Account and check your Coin Usage History on the web. If your purchases include the paid episodes from the event page made during the event period, then you will receive Refill Coins from the Coinback event.

      

    Q. Do I get to keep the episodes that I purchase during the event?

    A. Yes! Any episodes purchased during the event period will stay in your library.

      

    Q. What about “free” episodes that I paid for and added to My Library?

    A. While it is possible to purchase free episodes to keep in your library, these episodes are not included in the Coinback event and are not eligible for Refill Coins.

     

    Users will only receive Refill Coins for purchases of paid episodes listed on the event page made during the event period.

     

     Q. What if a paid episode changes to a free episode during the event?

    A. If you paid for the episode before the episode changed to free, then you’ll receive Refill Coins.

      

    Q. The comics listed on the event page on my phone and my friend’s phone are different.

    A. This is because there are two lists of comics: All-Audiences and Mature.

    Due to restrictions on the Play Store and the App Store, only content for “All-Audiences” may be displayed on your app.

     

    Also due to such restrictions, when sending notifications to your Gift Box regarding the current event, we will only be sending links to the "All-Audiences" version.

     

    To view a list that includes both All-Audiences and Mature content, please access the event page via the web or through the Android PLUS app.

    1.     Users will not receive Refill Coins for purchases before or after the event period.

    2.     In order to receive your Refill Coins, you must click on ‘Receive XX Coins’ in your Gift Box.

    3.     Refill Coins of August's 2nd event may only be redeemed until August 30. We are not responsible for unredeemed Refill Coins.

    4.    Refill Coins of August's 2nd event will be sent as a Bonus Coins and it is here that readers can find information regarding the “redeem by” and “expiration date” for their Bonus Coins.

    What are Point Redemption Coin Bundles?

    Point Redemption Coin Bundles are special deals for which you can redeem Points and receive a discount.

    1.Click [Find password] on the login page.

    3. Check your email inbox -> Open the email sent from Lezhin Comics -> Set up your password. 

    4. Login using your Email & new password

  • You can deactivate your account on [My Account].

    Login to Lezhin Comics and go to [My Account], then click on [Do you want to deactivate your Lezhin Comics account?] at the bottom of the page. 

    We will ask for your password in order to verify your identity. Your entire purchase history and reading list will be deleted when you deactivate your account. 
    When considering deactivating your account, please be aware that deleted information can never be recovered. 

    If you signed up with Facebook, you will not be able to see [Do you want to deactivate your Lezhin Comics account?] 
    because there is no password linked to your account. In this case, you can set your password at [My Account] -> [Reset password] near the top of the page, and deactivate your account. 

    We do not collect private information apart from your email address when you sign up. Therefore, we can't deactivate your account for you, even if we verify your identity as the account holder.

  • We block duplicate purchases of Comic episodes.

    Please check your Coin Purchase History and your Coin Usage History on [My Account].

    Also, please be aware that the platform on which you purchased Lezhin Comics Coins determines which platforms you can use those Coins on. 


    • iOS Coins can be used only on the iOS app & website.
    • iOS Coins can’t be used on other platforms.
    • However, comics that you purchased previously can be accessed in My Library on all platforms.


    Also, the coins will be consumed in the following order and the order of coin consumption depends on the platform on which the comics is purchased after using bonus coins.

    1. The bonus coins is consumed first.

    2. Under the same conditions, it is consumed from the coins with the shortest expiration date.

    3. If you have the coins with the same expiration date, the coins with purchase restrictions are consumed first.

    [Android]
    The coins are consumed in the order of Android coins -> Web coins.
    - If you do not have Android coins, Web coins will be comsumed.
    - If you purchase Android coins while using Web coins, Android coins will be consumed first.

    [Web]
    The coins are consumed in the order of Web coins -> Android coins -> iOS coins.
    - If you do not have Web coins, the coins are consumed in the order of Android coins -> iOS coins.
    - If you purchase Web coins while using the coins of other platform, Web coins will be consumed first.

    [iOS]

    Android & Web Coins can’t be used on iOS platform. So, only iOS coins will be consumed.
